USAA | Rapid iterative Test & Evaluation (RITE) Study

 

 

The USAA 'Right Card' Initiative

USAA wanted to mitigate the losses experienced from customers becoming disengaged with their credit card by seeking other offers or not utilizing what they had properly. They wanted something that could make it easy (low friction) to allow users to be placed into the right card without much hassle or confusion. An existing program was in place but a new iteration needed to be tested on the mobile app, the platform most users were on.

I was the lead UX designer on the study to develop a new design based on the findings from the rapid iterative test and evaluation (RITE).
